General terms & conditions

Reservations:
After the reservation for an accommodation on a campsite has been approved, CostaCamp will process a form to confirm the reservation. On this form (reservation confirmation) you can find: the reservation number, reservation date, length of your stay, the destination, the total cost and the name of the person making the booking (the party leader) with the amount of fellow travellers who will use the accommodation. The party leader will receive a copy of the reservation confirmation.

Payment:
a. After receiving the confirmation a down payment of 30% of the total sum will have to be paid. This down payment will have to be made within 14 days after receiving the confirmation. The payment of the remaining sum must be made ultimately ten weeks before arrival.
b. When booking within ten weeks before arrival, the entire sum will have to be paid immediately.
c. If we do not receive all payments by the due date, we have the right to treat your booking as cancelled, and cancelling costs will be charged to the party leader. ( See cancelling terms )
d. When exceeding the due date of payments, € 16, - of administration costs will be charged.
e. If your payment is not honoured for any reason whatsoever, any judicial and non-judicial costs will be charged to the party leader. The Interest on the sum which remains to be fulfilled (as determined by law) will also be charged to the party leader from the month after the original payment date, as is stated on the reservation confirmation.

Changes in already confirmed reservations:
a. The party leader can make changes to the reservation (if feasible) for up to ten weeks before arrival. A reimbursement of costs amounting to € 16, - will be charged to the party leader.
b. Changes made within seven days of making the reservation will come without any costs, except for reservations made within ten weeks before arrival.
c. For reservation changes involving a partial cancellation (e.g. shortening the length of stay), cancellation costs will apply to the changed part.

Cancellation conditions:
a. Apart from reservations made and confirmed within ten weeks before arrival in the accommodation, all other reservations can be cancelled without costs within seven days of the reservation confirmation date. You will have to cancel your reservation in writing.
b. When cancelling between seven days of receiving the reservation confirmation and ten weeks before arrival, 25 % of the total sum will be charged to the party leader.
c. When cancelling between ten weeks before arrival and the arrival date, the entire sum will be charged to the party leader.
d. If you have a cancellation insurance policy the complete sum will be refunded (if an uncertain occurrence CostaCamp will judge if a full refund is in order) less the reservation costs, € 40, - cancellation costs and 6% insurance policy costs. In the case of a cancellation you must always prove this with a doctor's statement and such.

Our prices are inclusive
The prices for the accommodations at CostaCamp include standing fees, taxes, gas and electrics usage and all other provisions, except the ones that can be rented separately. (tennis court, bicycles,  fitness, minigolf, etc.)

Arrival/Departure/Stay
There are no fixed arrival or departure days. The minimum length of stay in high season is seven nights on the camping. On arrival the accommodation is at your disposal by 15.00 hours. You are requested to inform the employees of CostaCamp on the camping, of your arrival before 20.00 hours. On the day of departure you must have left the accommodation before 10:00 hours in the morning.

Deposit
The deposit is € 80, - . The deposit must be paid on the campsite to the courier. If the tent is left behind neatly, undamaged and clean (unless cleaning costs have been paid € 40, -) on departure, the deposit will be returned cash by the courier.
At Camping Nautic Almata, the cleaning will be done by the CostaCamp courier. The price here is € 30,-- and wil be restrained from the deposit.
Any extra damage will have to be paid for in cash to our employees on the camping itself.

Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the tent on the campsites. Possibly, you might arrange with CostaCamp personnel to place an extra tent or pen for your tent.
